Rubber coateddiamond wires for granite quarries. The rubber coating guarantees an excellent fixation of the bead, protecting the steel wire from fatigue and external agents, giving great flexibility to the diamond wire.

The HIP bead, developed for granite quarries, guarantees excellent results by adjusting the cutting conditions (peripheral speed, feed, cooling…) for each type of granite. It is not necessary to stock different alloys for each material.

The wires are supplied ready to use, without the need to grind the diamond in the quarry.

Our Stone Threads are manufactured in Spain and follow all quality standards.

The yarns are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology in all processes. The manufacture of diamond pearls by the following process HIP (High Isostatic Pressure), in hot, achieves a very high retention of the diamond in the alloy. 95% retention instead of 50/60% for beads manufactured by press or furnace process. This results in high wire speeds, very straight cuts, especially in horizontal cuts, and very good performance. Rubber and plasticizing coatings are also made with very special procedures.

All products are supplied ready to use without the need to grind the diamond during the first cuts.
