Blades for natural stone

The experience developed over the years in the manufacture of blade for natural stone, together with the most modern production technology and the constant research of new metal alloys and in the use of diamond, ensures a high degree of competitiveness of all its tools.
Based on the mineralogical and structural analyses of the material and the characteristics of the machinery that will make the cut, we design and carry out the specific tool, as far as the alloy and diamond are concerned, so that the cutting and performance results are optimal.
We manufacture blades for cutting natural stones such as granite, marble, sandstone, basalt, slate and also for artificial materials such as concrete, asphalt, terrazzo, glass, etc … in diameters from Ø300 to Ø3500, both for individual use and for work in multi-disc groups or horizontal cuts.

Most of these blades for natural stone are available in diferents configurations:

• Open notation, closed notation, reinforced closed notation and closed notation with split segment.
• Sandwich type. Silence steel centers.
• Different diamond heights (from 6.5 to 20 mm.).
• Trapezoidal segment.
• Sandwich segments.

For the proper functioning of the discs it is important to determine the peripheral speed of these depending on the material to be cut; since the alloys and the type of diamond have been designed according to these variables.
The technical and commercial departments are at the disposal of our clients to solve any query related to achieving the best results, in each specific case.
